Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have live with my girlfriend for over three years. We are separating,but we have three cars in both out names. She is trying to keep them all. What can I do.

I assume that you and she never represented yourselves to others as being married, and never had an agreement (just between yourselves) to be married (in the present tense, as opposed to an agreement to get married some time in the future).

I'm afraid you'd have to file suit against her under a theory of partnership, and ask for temporary orders having to do with having exclusive rights to the vehicles (and prohibiting her from damaging them or transferring them).
