Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in the Philippines, I have the custody of my 5 y.o son who is a US citizen. His father serves the US Airforce. I asked him for a regular child support payment but he's claiming he's not required to do so... Is this true?

The answer to this question depends upon the law of the state in which you were divorced and the language of you divorce decree. If the court ordered that he pay child support, he must pay it. Most states require child support. Also, Military regulations require that he support his children. Suggest you contact an Air Force attorney.
