Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live and have residents in the sate of Texas. My daughter is currently 13 years old and living with her mother who is also lives and is a resident of Texas. The mother has allowed our daughter without my knowledge to move to another town and live with her Ex husband. What are my legal rights about getting my daughter back. The way I have read the law for custodial parents who may move away must provide notice and without doing so could face a change in custody and up to criminal charges of kidnapping. Would this be true in this situation?

You need to take a certified copy of the current court orders to a family law attorney immediately. I believe you have grounds for contempt. If the child is not living with her mother, she should be living with you. You need to consult with an experienced family law attorney about all of your options.
