Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I currently live in san antonio with my husband and 4 year old son. I just found out that my husband had an affair and I want to move back to Houston with my son, where all my family and his paternal grandparents live. Is that ok to do?

Yes. But you can't file for divorce in Houston until you've been living there for 90 days. During that time, your husband is likely to file for divorce in San Antonio, and you'll be driving up and down the highway for hearings.
