Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i live in texas , in 2007 i had a baby with my boyfriend, things didn't work out cause he is posesive and crazy , i want to leave him we are not married . I want to move from houston to san antonio but he threaten me to sue me ....is there any legal action agains me if i leave ? i dont want to be there anymore
