Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in Texas with my 2 boys. My husband and I have filed for divorce. But nothing else yet, just filed. Can I move back to Michigan with my boys or do I need permission from the courts? I dont want to have any legal problems??

If you move to MI with a divorce pending, you will have legal problems, unless your husband consents to the move.
