Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in Texas. We just went through a custody case where my 15 yr old daughter decided she wanted to live with her dad. After a year and 2 months she has decided she wants to move back with me. After already going to court once and the judge letting her decide would we have to through the whol court process again?

Bascially, yes.

If agreed by both parents, it's easy. I am willing to do the paperwork for you if both parents agree.
