Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in Texas and filed for divorce. I sent my spouse, who is currently residing in Indiana the waiver to sign and get notarized and he noticed it says printed on bottom, "notarized in the state of Texas, county of ________" can we still proceed with divorce or will he have to get that notarized in Texas?"

Just have them cross out Texas and write in Indiana and write in the county in Indiana where he is notarizing it.
