Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in Texas. My kids live with me. My ex-husband moved out of state. He wants me to meet him half way so our kids can go with him over spring break. Which party is responsible for the trip expense which occures in this matter?

If you cannot agree between the two of you, the court order should govern the issue. My guess is that it does but your ex does not like it. He can either file a motion to modify so the order works for him, follow the court order, or reach an agreement with you.
