Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in Texas and my kids father and I have not been to court to establish an order for child support but I just found out he owns a bookstore out of state and he told the attorney general he makes 0 money due to the business just opening. How can I get the most of what he should pay?

I assume that there is some kind of case PENDING now (I assume that you didn't just finish up the case, with a final order, and are now having second thoughts).

Send him some pre-trial discovery (interrogatories, requests for production) to find out how much money he makes from the book store.
