Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in Texas and lived with a man for 3yrs. He is legally married to someone else we have a 2 yr old child his name is on birth certificate. The child and I moved out 3 weeks ago, if I drop her off for visitation can he legally keep her and force me to go court for custody.

No. He could run off with the child, but you'd be able to get the child back with a writ of habeas corpus.

Why don't you just go ahead and file a paternity suit - settle all these questions once for all, and also get an order for child support? The Attorney General will do this for free.
