Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in Texas and got married in Tx. I have been married for 4 yrs, My husband is in the Navy, he has been gone for most of our marriage, We have joint accounts, we have mutual funds, and life insurance together.I also suspect that we currently open another bank account secretly,I recently found out that he has been cheating on me for 8 months. What are my rights???

You have the right to sue him for divorce and to ask for half of the community property.
