Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in texas been married for 20 years. The child support calculator online states that child support is 25% of annual net salary. My husband also has bonuses every quarter that vary in amounts. Do I get any right to that as well?

You are entitled to child support in the amount that's in your order, not the amount that's in your ex's paycheck.

Child support is calculated when you go to court, not when your ex gets a bonus.

If his child support isn't set at the right amount, you have to go back to court and get a modification. The modification is based on how much he earned in the past 12 months - bonuses and all.
