Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in Texas and I am 5 months pregnant. My husband has kicked me and our adopted son out and filed for divorce. We currently have a temporary custody order in place (standard- every 1st,3rd, and 5th) however the divorce will not finalize until after the baby is born. What kind of custody agreement is likely to be put in place with our newborn?

You will probably have a joint managing conservatorship arrangement, you as the primary parent, him having limited visitation until the child is 3, and then a standard possession order thereafter.

Know this: If you can tell the court where the money is, you can have the court issue an order whereby he has to pay your attorney's fees. You need an attorney.
