Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in texas. I am a mother of two girls. My husband abandonned us to go back to libya last year. I want full custody now. He never visits or even calls. What are my chances in court?

Good, except that it will be complicated by the need to serve him overseas. If he has no interest in the children, it is not likely that he will contest the proceedings.
