Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in Texas and am currently paying child support, but I still have my rights to the child. If I give up my rights will my child support payments increase?

Doesn't matter. You can't give up your rights to the child unless there is someone ready to adopt the child. If someone adopts the child, you can terminate your rights at which point your child support obligations would go to ZERO.
