Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I live in Texas. I received a decree of annulment and waiver of service from my wife's attorney. I have not received the original petition that was filed with the court. The waiver clearly states that I have received and understood the petition. What should I do?

You could ask for a copy of the petition from your wife or her attorney.
Unless you agree to the terms of the decree, be careful about signing the waiver. It may waive notice of any hearings on the annulment and waive any opportunity you have to contest the annulment. An annulment may not be in your best interests. You should talk to an attorney before signing anything.
