Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in texas and have recently been a victim of paternity fraud scam from a woman I never met or talk to, and have been name the adjudicated father father and order to back pay child support and never was served papers. I don't even know how this person know my name or info help.

If you are the subject of a paternity order but were never served with citation, you can (1) file an appeal or motion for new trial, if the order is less than 30 days old, or (2) file an equitable bill of review. In either case, you will need a lawyer.
