Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in Texas. My wife has twice in 6 months taken my children for 30 days or longer. We have been married only 6 months. This resent leaving - she took our 2 month old son and has refused to reveal where they are and or commuication as to how I can see my son. Is this grounds for desertion of the marriage?
