Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in Texas and will be married 10 years in one month. My husband is filing for divorce as of today. Will he still have to pay me spousal support?

Unless the parties agree to it, the court can only order support if necessary to provide for the minimum needs of a spouse. There are a lot of rules and standards to consider and you should talk this over with a qualified family law attorney. Spousal support is never automatic, regardless of the length of the marriage.
