Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in tx and have a child me and the father was never married and i understand i have to let him add his last name to the child but my question is do i have a say so in how it will be put....i mean my last name is noah and his is wyatt...can i say whether i want it to be wyatt-noah or does it automatically his decision and ends up noah -wyatt.

i want my last name last because my daughters last name is noah also

You can ask the court to put your name last.
