live in tx, my wife wants a divorce due to verbal abuse, she moved out. she says she has text messages and emails to prove it. i am currently paying for the house, can she get all the house property and can a judge order me to cont. to pay the mortgae and bills?

Yes, those things could happen. But they almost certainly WON'T.

"Verbal abuse?" Give me a break. A judge might just tell her to put on her big-girl panties and get over it.

If you have children, your wife COULD get temporary orders that require you to continue making mortgage payments while the divorce is pending - not to punish you for calling her a bitch, but in order to preserve a community asset (prevent foreclosure of the house).
