im 14 will be 15 in november and i do not feel welcome at my house with my mother. and i would like to live with my father as soon as possible!!! but i do not have any money and need to make this into legal matters and i need to know how to do that

Talk to your dad about your wishes. He will need to talk with a lawyer about modifying the court order regarding conservatorship. This needs to be done by your dad.
