Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have lived with my girlfriend for 2 years and we have a 1 year old. She has moved out and taken my son. Do I have any legal rights to him since we were not married. Thanks

Because you were not married to her, you'll have to file a petition in Court to establish your legal rights to the child. It's called a paternity action.
