Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have lived apart from my husband for 13 months. We have a 15 year old son. We have no filed seperation. Can I date? Live with my boyfriend? Or will that hurt my case? We have a house, son and he owns a business that he acquired during the marriage. I live in Texas. I don't want custody just visitation at this point. I do want my share of the assets. Should I wait to live with my boyfriend or does it matter at this point? If it will hurt my case in any way I can wait. Thanks

You need to talk to an experienced family law attorney immediately.

Do not date.

Live like a nun.

Do not live with your boyfriend.

Hire an attorney.

I suggest that you immediately hire Patricia Bushman at 713-807-9405. Her first appointment is free. Tell her that I told you to call her. I'm not taking cases because my mom is sick. She books up. She takes payment plans.

You have a minor child and assets. You need an attorney.
