Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I lived with a man for 2 years we got a marriage license in March 2011 and were married by a justice on the peace in our home town. The marriage did not last 6 month before I asked him to move , he was using drugs and drinking and I don't condone that kind of lifestlye. I found out that he recently was put in jail for beating up his "wife" thought a phone call to the county clerks offices , my "husband" filed for another marriage license in September 2013. He married his "wife" Shorty after. But I have never filed for a divorce or legal separation. What do I do?,

You should file for divorce. His "new marriage" doesn't affect you unless you and he happen to have accumulated a lot of property; or if he dies; or if one of you wins the lottery.
