Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I lived in San Antonio Texas with my wife for 2 years,in January she kicked me out of the house and now I live with my parents in picayune Mississippi and my wife is filing for divorce in Texas,now our daughter is babysat by her mother while she is at work and her older brother lives there as well and is a Registered Pedofile. My wife and her brother are always doing stuff together and he drinks and smokes weed every day and my daughter is all up in it.What can I do to get my daughter out of that environment?
