Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I'm currently living with my boyfriend fof 3 years and I am planning on changing the locks and putting his clothing in his car when i break up with him but I wanted to know if I can keep our things until he takes me court because I feel like i am entitled to some of it. Will he be capable of trying to make the police come and get it or what?

When the Big Day comes, your boyfriend can ask the police to do anything he wants to. What the police do is up to them (there are no actual rules for the kind of situation you're describing). Usually, they tell people that "this is a civil matter" and they don't get involved.
I suggest that after you change the locks, you find some large dangerous-looking relatives to come stay with you for a while.
