living with boyfriend

I have been living with my boyfriend for almost three years in his home owned by him. If he tells me to leave, how long does he have to give me?

He would technically need to evict you.

However, if you feel threatened, I would suggest that you leave immediately.

"Stuff" is not as important as your life.

I would definately consider having a bag packed with your most prized possessions and putting it somewhere safe (not the trunk of your vehicle!) like a friend's house for safekeeping.

It's amazing how things "disappear" when people break up!
