Living With Another Parent

I currently live with my dad and theres alot of conflict in my household. Is there any way i can live with my mom who lives outside of the city I live in? If it matters I am 15 years of age.

If you are over the age of 12 in Texas, you can sign a document stating what parent you'd like to primarily live with.

It is NOT binding on the Judge.

For example, in one case the son wanted to live with his Dad. The sister testified that Dad and son smoked pot together. Obviously, the son did NOT go live with Dad.
