Locked out of the house

My daughter, is seperated from her husband,not divorced yet.She has visitation rights at this time.She was brining the kids back to the custodial father,he was no where in site.Is this not illeagal? This is locking the kids from their home.Is this illeagal to lock the mother out,? She doesn't live there,he was the one told to leave,but his lawyer said he didn't have to,so she moved to an appartment.Is this ground to go back to court on the kids behalf.Can he lockhe out?

Where is her lawyer? She needs one immediately to straighten out, based upon your description, his violations of the temporary orders.
