Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

How long does it take the AG to reduce the monthly c/s once the papers have been filed with them? Also, since when does a father think the difference in c/s should be paid back to him from mom because the A/G does not get to his case/request fast enough and he wants the $$ yesterday.

Shouldn't I just wait until I am told to go to court over this? In my opinion, I don't "owe" him anything until the courts say it'll be reduced, am I not correct?

Sometimes it takes the Attorney General a long time to get things done. A long, long time.

Mom doesn't have to pay anything back to anybody. Take the money, spend it on the children, and tell Dad to shut up.
