How long do you have to appeal a cps case? If your case started in 2010?What are the steps i woiuld have to take in order to be successfull

First, file a motion for new trial within 30 days of the final order. If the motion is not granted, then appeal the court's ruling. People spend years in law school learning the steps for this--to increase your chance of success, go hire one of them. Reversing CPS is not easy.
