How long do you have after you get married to file for an annulment?

Depends on when you first discovered the basis for filing for annulment. If you immediately stopped living with your spouse once you discovered the basis for annulment, you have no deadline. If you continued to reside with your spouse after you discovered the basis for annulment, you probably have to get a divorce.
