how long temporary orders into final?

got temporary orders for custody of son in May 2006 they were never made into final orders. How long does it usually take to make them final? Is it hard to get hearing in front of a district judge?

Contact your attorney on this one. Sometimes lawyers drop the ball and "forget" to take care of thngs.

It should not be heard to get a hearing. If you have no attorney, cntact the court coordinator to find out what must be done. Or call your attorney.
