Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Me and my long term boyfriend of a little over 4 years whom i also have 2 kids with and he's helped raise my son from a previous marriage (father is deceased) we split up for three months during that time i got pregnant by another man that wants nothing to do with me or the baby unless its convenient for him. My ex and I decided to work things out and he wants to raise the baby just like our other children. Can i give the baby his last name if he wants to sign the papers as the baby's father or do i have to give the baby the last name of the real baby's father.

Give the baby any last name you want. You stand the risk that the real father will one day have an interest in the child, and will then file a petition for voluntary paternity.
