Look on this website for an attorney or on www.avvo.com. Read the attorney answers & pick one you like. Also, check around for an inexpensive one. You don't need to hire a really expensive one! Prices can vary a bunch. I can't tell what county you live in.

I recommend Patricia Bushman at 713-807-9405. She will go to several counties. Call her office and make an appointment. Her first appointment is free. I keep her busy. Tell her that I sent you! Her usual appointment lady is out on maternity leave so please be patient. Another staff person has been out sick this week too. Pat Bushman was in trial this week so they are really behind. Her prices are really reasonable -- most people like that & she takes payment plans!

Your attorney can set it for trial and if she does not show, you should get a default divorce.
