I lost my rights to my kids in Montana they live in Dallas with an aunt what do I have to do to get my kids back

That depends on where the last court orders are - if in Dallas, you need a Dallas attorney, whichis the residence of the children. If the orders are out of Montana, and the aunt later moved them to Dallas, you may need a Montana attorney. In either event, this is too complicated to try to DIY.
