Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I need to know what I can do I do not have a lot of money for a lawyer and I need my kids home. My grandmother has them not because my kids were taken from me I placed them their to protect them from their father who was abusive to us. My grandmother refused to let me see my kids because I felt a comment that i heard over the phone during a conversation with my son.. She told me to get my ass out of her house she cussed at me and I had not been that way to her I pay child support and its a long story but I need help

If there is an existing court order that grants you custody of or the right to visit your children, and the grandmother is interfering with that court order, you probably have a claim against your grandmother. I believe this statute would require your grandmother to pay your attorney's fees.
