Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i would love to know if i can be emancipated
im 16 years old going to be 17 in july. well when i come home and im living with my dad..i hurt inside everyday..it feels like im trapped in a cage..sometimes i just cry cause i wanna be happy and live in a place that im comptable at. i have a wonderful family that would love to take me in.the mother who i also call my second mom cause she treats me just like a daughter of her own will do whatever she can to take me in..but my dad will do whatever just make me stay and i dont want it to be hard cause its been hard enough. i just wish i could live with the people who know how to raise me and keep a smile on my face everday.i feel like there more family then my own. i love school and of course i will stay in it im almost about to graduate and i will do whatever it takes to get out of here and live for once, thank you and please get back to me.

You may not be able to be emancipated, but there may be other options available to you.
