Low Cost Attorney

My son is stationed in Texas and has no money. He has a protective order initiated by his wife's ex-husband accusing him of sexual misconduct involving his step-daughter. No grounds, he started this while his wife was deployed this last year. He wanted the Military to do something but you have to have proof.This is a way to get full custody of his daughter because he is seperating from mil. and does not want to pay child support.He hates my son.Loss of ownership. He has not been allowed in the home since Late March and it is destroying their lives and marriage. They have a daughter together that he can't see. This man is a real piece of work. His Mother is paying his bills so they take them to court all the time. My kids are broke and have been told they make too much money for a court appointed Atty. We will help them so we need a good inexpensive Atty.His next court date is 7/26/09 hopefully to get everything resolved.It started in La.in effort to keep his child after he alleged misconduct with the Mil. But they brought my Daughter-in-Law back home immediately( she was in the middle east) and had to go to court in Tx. to have her returned to her. He is an Evil person who only cares about winning at any cost.Please we need HELP.
