Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Lower alimony payments

Is there a statute of limitations regarding a bill of review in Texas? My ex wants to lower my alimony payments by half and pay out over a longer period of time now.

Doesn't sound like what you want. Bill of Review is not the right choice. Better find a lawyer and make sure it's done right. Good Luck.
