Lying about fertility
Is there a cause or basis for a civil suit against a 20yr. old girl who claimed to be unable to conceive but got pregnant because our son believed her and didn't use a condom? Both are in the Navy, stationed in Texas. She said the doctor told her she couldn't get pg, yet she never had any fertility tests or has any documentation/diagnosis to prove her claim. He was lied to and now faces an unwanted situation, feels trapped by her and doesn't want to be forced into anything.

Let's see, you want to sue the mother of your grand child because she lied about fertility and your son wasn't responsible and didn't take the precaution of using a condom.
You might want to give the MANY facets of this situation a LOT of consideration and consult a family therapist while your son is still relatively young.
