Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I made an appointment Tuesday to talk to grandparents about an intervention in a CPS case for an appointment on Friday. On Thursday, I was appointed by the court to represent the children in this case. When the grandparents came for their appointment, I realized this was the same case I was just appointed on. I have not seen the children yet and have only read the affidavit in the case. Do I have a conflict?

I would see this as a conflict. You might want to inform the Court and see what the Court wants to do.
