Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I made a police report that I suspected my toddler was sexually abused by a neighbor and now 5 days later it is very clear that nothing happened. CPS has become involved, but I have not had to speak with them yet. How can I let them know this is all a mistake and nothing really happened as I first suspected. I completely jumped the gun and over reacted because my number one priority is to protect my daughter. I know now 100% without a doubt I was wrong and fully regret this.
I do not want to ruin an innocent mans life! Please help.
