Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I made a rule 11 agreement a week ago. The opposing partys attorney still hasnt signed it. Is that typical? How long does it take just to sign something and fax it back?

It's not an agreement until it's signed. Therefore, you have no agreement. Assuming you don't have an attorney, just call the other attorney and find out if they have any questions, suggestions for changes, or plan to send the Rule 11 back to you soon.
