Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I would like to know if there is any way I can make my husband move out of our lease home. He is verbal abusive to my son. The state we live in is Texas.

If you do not file for divorce and get help from the judge, all you can do is call police if he is abusive to the child or otherwise committing family violence. You should contact your nearest Women's Center for assistance.
