Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can a make it to where the non-custodial parent has to help pay for daycare expenses? I pay afterschool daycare fees all year. The father does not ever take our son for the summer, which our agreement states he is supposed to have him, and then I get stuck with childcare bills of $500/month. Is there anything that I can do? Is it worth getting a lawyer?

No, it's not worth getting a lawyer.

The "non-custodial parent" pays child support based on a percentage of his net income. The "custodial parent" takes care of the child on a full-time basis.
