Re: what makes you a evader of child support

If you are behind in child support payments, you are an evader.

Child support is the debt that never goes away. When you die, your estate owes it.

You can't discharge it in bankruptcy.

If you don't pay now, it will withheld from your social security payments.

If you remarry and die, your widow will have to pay the money out of your estate.

IT NEVER GOES AWAY!
