Can no male overnight guest be in a final divorce decree

My-girfriend is in the process of completin her divorce , and he soon-to-be ex-husband is trying to get " no male overnight guest other than family " in the final decree ... we are really serios togather and plan to marry someday ... is this possible to put this in the final decree , and if so what are the terms / conditions .

While the ex can "suggest" such a clause, I doubt that any judge would impose such a term. If children are involved overnight guests might be a factor in changing custody; but adults can conduct themselves as adults in adult behavior without regulation by an ex-spouse.
